Dealing with Chailey means you only ever have to deal with one person. Me.

Chris Baron - Managing director
Company Profile
My name is Chris Baron and for over 35 years I have been dealing in land opportunities and creating new development sites from what was believed to be unsuitable land - from initial planning right the way through to build completion.
I have been through every planning procedure and encountered every pitfall that can occur along the way. So I know what can and can't be achieved....and I'm ready to utilise that knowledge and experience on your behalf.

At Chailey we offer a 'one-stop shop' to help you maximise your land potential and profitability. We can advise on every aspect of the development process including whether your land is actually suitable for development (this very important step means you don't waste time trying to get planning permission from your local council on a plot that they were never going to approve). You'll be utilising my knowledge and experience to get your property making money for you - without the personal hassle and problems of doing everything yourself.
I can also advise and put forward all legals and conveyancing that go with your project. In essence, I can work on your development land on your behalf, meaning you don't have to.
As a successful developer in my own right I can also offer design, through to construction or simply advise on both for you.

You can use me and my service as much or as little as you require. All for a fixed, agreed and guaranteed fee - with no added extras!

Some typical examples of what we can achieve
White Gates, Hindhead in Surrey - a large detached property in a semi-rural setting.
From initial land identification through to final construction and sale.

Horam in East Sussex - a development of 38 semi and detached houses
From initial land identification through to final planning approval.
